This Privacy Policy explains how AdCible Media ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about visitors to adciblemedia.com and people who get in touch with us about our services.
Who we are
AdCible Media is a media buying and lead generation services provider. For privacy questions you can write to hello@adciblemedia.com.
What we collect
We collect a limited amount of personal information:
- Contact details you give us when you reach out — typically name, email, company and the message you send.
- Scheduling data when you book a call through our scheduling tool, including the time slot, time zone and any notes you choose to share.
- Technical data automatically gathered when you load the site: IP address, user agent, referrer and pages visited. We use this to keep the site working and to understand traffic at an aggregate level.
What we do with it
- Reply to your message and run a discovery call.
- Decide whether we can help and, if we can, prepare a proposal.
- Keep the site secure, fast and free of abuse.
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for behavioural advertising of our own services.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on your consent when you initiate contact, on legitimate interest for site security and analytics at aggregate level, and on legal obligation for record-keeping. Where a contract is signed, we also rely on the performance of that contract.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for routing and security (set by Cloudflare) and may set analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Marketing cookies are not set without explicit consent.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers we need to run the business:
- Email and scheduling: Resend, Cloudflare Email Routing, Google Workspace, Calendly.
- Hosting and security: Hetzner, Cloudflare.
- Accounting and legal: our advisors, when required.
Each of these acts as a processor under our instructions or as an independent controller for their own infrastructure data.
Retention
We keep contact and prospect data only as long as it is useful for the conversation, and at most three years after the last interaction unless a contract requires a longer period. Site logs are retained for up to 90 days.
International transfers
Some of our processors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing or ask for portability. Send any request to hello@adciblemedia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We will update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
